Serena Boerger

Serena has been working in customer service for over ten years, has a background in public speaking and has been involved in various leadership roles throughout her life. Serena’s background has helped her find her passion in helping people. She knows what it takes to build a relationship and provide an amazing customer service experience. Being able to help people reach their goals within the mortgage industry is what makes her happy. Serena graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Serena learned from working with hundreds of athletes what it takes to manage her time, prioritize the time-sensitive tasks and how to slow down and pay attention to the small details. She lives on an acreage in Marvin with her soon-to-be husband Taylor and their two dogs, Chrysler and Viper. Outside of work, Serena enjoys spending time with her friends and family, driving across the country for vacations, and watching Taylor play baseball for the Milbank Firechiefs.
