General Position Summary:
We are looking for a service-focused individual to join our team and provide trustworthy and friendly technical support to Dakotaland Federal Credit Union and CUSOs. Duties include but are not limited to, answering IT help calls, emails, instant messages, logging help desk tickets and completing help desk tickets using remote support tools. Position will assist in researching, planning, and implementing new technologies to improve member access and staff efficiency. This position will act as “boots on the ground” in the Huron, SD area and must live within commuting distance of Huron. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Expectations:
• Support users with continual analysis of systems with focus on adding value to it streamlining processes.
• Must be comfortable troubleshooting in-person and remotely and logging tickets to be elevated to proper levels of IT support.
• This position may be required to change and transport back up tapes to their proper locations daily.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems in person, via telephone, email, chat sessions, etc. It is typical for the IT Department to have walk-in questions from staff and inquiries from remote locations. Must be able to utilize in-person or remote support tools to assist with end user support needs.
• Provide assistance concerning the use and inventorying of all computer and telephone systems hardware. Support software, Printers, Office365, electronic mail, and any other operating system needing assistance.
• Install and maintain application software to established standards and specifications. This may include joining systems to domains, configuring email in outlook and google chrome devices.
• Periodic daytime travel to other branch locations is expected to assist with IT projects that require onsite IT support.
• Expected to work well both on team and independent projects.
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of two-year post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience in an IT related field is required
• Required experience with Windows 11 and Chrome OS
• Must possess good judgment and be able to make independent decisions.
• Must be a highly productive person with ability to manage multiple duties concurrently.
• Ability to exhibit confidentiality, patience, courtesy, and tact when assisting users, vendors, and when collaborating with coworkers.
Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to frequently lift/transport up to 50 pounds at a time. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Environment is primarily indoor. Must be able to squat, bend, twist, crawl under tables, counters and desks, carry items, push and pull carts loaded with IT equipment.

Job Summary:
Join our teller team and our service-oriented organization to offer our members exceptional financial experiences. Be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs in a professional and confidential manner. Duties include but are not limited to, balancing and maintaining cash drawer, making daily deposits/withdrawals, cashing checks, answering phone calls, processing account transfers and loan payments, and various duties as assigned. Position also requires servicing ATMs when necessary.
Expectations:
• Must possess good judgment and be able to make independent decisions.
• Maintain member and credit union confidentiality.
• Must have good listening and communication skills.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Expected to stay up to date on all credit union services and explain those to members on a general basis.

Physical Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to regularly lift/transport up to 10 pounds at a time and occasionally lift/transport up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Environment is primarily indoor. May be required to service ATMs and outdoor equipment in uncontrolled weather conditions including but not limited to high temps, low temps, wind, rain, snow and ice.

General Position Summary:
We are looking for a service-focused individual to join our team and provide trustworthy and friendly servicing to our members. Duties include but are not limited to, working with various Real Estate Servicing functions, while maintaining open communication. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Expectations:
• Answer member calls and inquiries. Research and resolve any issues in a timely manner for exceptional service
• Process payoffs for mortgage loans
• Track insurance for Mortgage loans.
• Request force place insurance policies on Mortgage and Business loans.
• Track taxes and forced place insurance.
• Track insurance claims.
• Assist with various reports, general ledgers and statements.
Education/Experience:
• Must possess good judgment and be able to make independent decisions.
• Must be a highly productive person with ability to manage multiple duties concurrently.
• Must be efficient with data entry and strong math skills.
• Ability to exhibit confidentiality, patience, courtesy, and tact when assisting members and collaborating with coworkers.
• Must be reliable and accurate, and work well both independently and in a group setting.
