Office Administrator

Schedule:
Flexible schedule averaging 40 hours per week.

Job Description:
Under the direction of the Dakotaland Financial Services Manager the employee will support the department by performing data entry duties, filing, scanning, and sending out mailings. The employee will also work directly with accounting staff by offering general office assistance. Position requires a high level of organization, time management and detail-oriented skills. Applicant must possess good judgment, have a strong working knowledge of clerical procedures, have excellent interpersonal skills, and represent Dakotaland Financial Services in various ways in a professional and confidential manner.

Education & Experience:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. We are willing to train but preference will be given to candidates with education or work experience in a tax, bookkeeping, or payroll related field.

Accounting Manager

Job Description:
The Accounting Manager will assist our office and clients with a full line of services including bookkeeping, processing payroll, payroll reporting, tax planning and preparation and other related offerings. Applicant must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with accuracy. Position also requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities when interacting with the public while handling confidential information. 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Professional Accounting
  • Experience in tax preparation is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel is required
  • Experience with QuickBooks software is preferred

Wage:
Competitive wage based on experience/education. EOE.
