Each time you visit our Website, we may automatically collect the following information: technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, location information, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; device identification codes; and information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), pages you looked at or searched for, and the products and services you have viewed, ordered or searched including, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouseovers), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call us.

We use the information described above in a number of ways, such as:

To improve the quality of our website services, we use Google’s Analytics 4 software to gather and temporarily store a variety of information about all of our website visitors. This happens automatically whenever someone visits our website. The information we collect about every website visitor includes:

We aggregate the information about all of our website visitors and use the aggregated information to improve our website and provide a better user experience to our visitors. Dakotaland Federal Credit Union does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining verifiable consent from their parents or legal guardians. Our website is not designed to collect or use personal information from children under the age of 13.

Online banking or Mobile App Deletion
If you request for your mobile app or online banking access to be deleted or deactivated, please contact us at helpdesk@dakotalandfcu.com or call 800-440-6573. After an online banking access or mobile banking application is deleted or disabled, you will not be able to login to online or mobile banking.
However, your information collected previously as outlined above will be retained for security purposes and limited in use and sharing.
