Odie was born in San Diego, CA and moved to Huron, SD with her family when she was 10 years old. She has called Huron her home for the past 17+ years. Odie's 2 beautiful children, along with her significant other, make up her family.

She says she likes being an interpreter because it allows her to assist people in communicating what they need and want, while helping them reach life goals. It means a great deal to Odie knowing she is a part of the experience in getting them closer to achieving their dreams. She has worked with people who know exactly what they want to those not sure what to do next, either way she thrives on seeking out the answers to the questions. Odie agrees, it is a learning experience for everyone and that makes every day exciting.
