Melinda Riley

Carrying out the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” is at the core of Melinda’s heart. She has served members in the credit union industry for the last 22 years, spending the last 17 years as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Melinda acknowledges every story is different and she is grateful to continue making a difference through the uniqueness of the credit union. “What I do changes people’s lives. No matter what stage of life people are in, I can help.” shared Riley. Melinda admits she is fortunate to be able to do something she enjoys in a place she loves.

An Aberdeen native, Melinda is a fan of the outdoors and refers to yardwork and mowing as her ‘happy place’. Family is an important part of Melinda’s life and she welcomes the visits from her two grown children, Allyson and Garrett. An affectionate 90 pound German Shepherd by the name of Mya is also a noteworthy member of the family. When the weather turns cold, Melinda can be found binge watching crime shows and putting together puzzles.
