Erica has been part of the Madison community since 2008 and has been in the credit union industry since 2020. She has a two Bachelor’s Degrees, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership from Black Hills State University. She is also a Credit Union Development Educator and is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor.

Erica enjoys meeting with members and learning more about their financial goals. Whether it’s individuals looking toward the future of their families, or businesses taking their operations to the next level.  She believes in the foundation of what credit unions stand for, people helping people.
