Rachel Dix is a finance and management professional with expertise in financial leadership, strategic planning, and community development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Finance from Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.

Throughout her career, Rachel has held leadership positions in finance and nonprofit organizations, supporting initiatives that promote home ownership, financial stability, and economic growth. She has collaborated with professionals at the local, state, and national levels and remains actively involved in organizations that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for families. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs, and giving back through community service her home community of Aberdeen.
