Bonnie Geyer

Secretary of the Board

Bonnie Geyer, a native of Manchester, South Dakota, has devoted her career to educating youth and adults across the state about the value and importance of credit unions and other cooperative business models. She earned a business degree from Northern State University and a degree in business education from Huron University.

Bonnie currently serves as Secretary of the Dakotaland Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Board, she served on the Supervisory Committee from March 1998 until her election to the Board in 2004.

A graduate of the Leadership Huron program, Bonnie is also an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the Association of Cooperative Educators, and PEO. Throughout her career, she has been a dedicated advocate for financial literacy, cooperative principles, and community engagement across South Dakota.
